DIRECTIONS
From Washington, DC, Virginia & Points South:
Take I-495 (Capital Beltway) towards Bethesda/Rockville. Exit onto I-270 North toward Frederick. From I-270 take exit 9A (east) onto I-370 (Sam Eig Highway). Follow the signs to Gaithersburg Town Center. Exit I-370 onto Route 355 North. Proceed through the fourth traffic light then make the next right onto Fulks Corner Avenue. Proceed one block and turn right onto Olde Towne Avenue. Parking is available in the public garage on your left.
From Frederick, MD, Pennsylvania & Points North:
From I-15 South or I-70 West in Frederick, exit onto I-270 South towards Rockville and Gaithersburg. From I-270 take exit 9A (east) onto I-370 (Sam Eig Highway). Follow the directions above.
Free Parking and Shuttle from Lakeforest Mall
Shuttle service will be available throughout the day from the Transit Center at Lakeforest Shopping Center. The Transit Center parking lot is at the corner of Odend’hal and Lost Knife Roads. The service begins at 11:30 a.m. and the last shuttle will leave the Festival area at 5:30 p.m.
Olde Towne Parking
Limited free parking is also available in the public garage at the corner of Olde Towne and Summit Avenues. Parking is also available at the Activity Center at Bohrer Park, 506 S. Frederick Avenue. It is less than ½ a mile from the Activity Center to the Festival area.
Free Valet Bike Parking Offered at This Year’s Festival
Free bike valet service is available in the parking lot behind Victor Litz Music, near the North Summit Avenue entrance to the festival.
Handicap Accessibility
Handicap parking is available behind the DANAC Building, located on the corner of Olde Towne and South Summit Avenues, across from the Public Parking Garage.
No alcohol, skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, or pets are allowed at the event. |
