Feedback Sought on Recreation Programs, Parks and Cultural Amenities

Biennial Citizen Survey

Take Survey

The City of Gaithersburg is in the process of updating the Parks, Recreation and Culture element of the Master Plan. The element serves as a guide for making decisions about places and programs that will help meet the current and future recreational and cultural needs of the City’s residents and help make Gaithersburg a desirable place in which to live and play.

Residents are asked to help guide the planning process by completing an online survey to help the City determine usage of its existing amenities and explore what additional facilities and programs are needed within the community. The 12-question survey is available online here through February 26, 2016.

As an incentive to complete the survey, one winner will be chosen from amongst the respondents to receive a Gaithersburg Parks, Recreation & Culture 2016 Gift Pack. The pack includes one free pass to the 2016 Winter Lights Festival, four one-day passes to the Gaithersburg Water Park, four passes for one round of play at the Miniature Golf Park, two complimentary tickets to a theatrical performance at the Arts Barn and two one-day passes to the Fitness Center at Bohrer Park.
