The City is accepting sealed proposals for its Food Assistance program. Proposal submissions, accompanied by all required forms and documents, shall be received no later than 3 p.m. EST on February 8, 2012 by:

Proposal submissions via facsimile or email is strictly prohibited and proposals submitted as such shall be rejected as being nonresponsive.
