This application requested approval of a Concept Site Plan CSP-11-001 for 0.546 acres
of land in the CD (Corridor Development) Zone. The property is located at 307 and 309
North Frederick Avenue. The application proposed the relocation of the existing historic
structure and the development of a 2,476-square foot class B restaurant with associated
off-street parking. A public hearing regarding this application was conducted on May 16,
2011. On July 1, 2011, the City received a letter from the applicant's attorney officially
withdrawing the application for further consideration.
