The City of Gaithersburg Department of Public Works is seeking sealed bids for its Stormwater Management Pond Retrofit project (Woodland Hills Pond Two [2]).

Bidders shall be solely responsible for obtaining a complete bid package from the Department of Public Works.  A non-refundable deposit of $60 per bid package is required.  Packages may be obtained via mail by contacting the Department of Public Works at 301-258-6370 or in person at the following address:

The City accepts no liability for shipping or mailing bid packages to any bidder.

Bid submissions and a bid bond or certified check made payable to the City of Gaithersburg for five percent (5%) of the total are due by 10 a.m., on May 30, 2012.  Bid submissions will also be opened publicly at this time.
