City Hall Roof Replacement

July 13, 2012

The City of Gaithersburg is soliciting bids to replace the three sections (membrane, shingles and slate) of the City Hall roof as outlined in IFB# 2013-001.  Work scope includes the removal of the existing materials and preparing the roof as indicated in the solicitation document.  In addition, the scope of work also includes the removal of existing deteriorated siding. Installation shall be done as specified by the manufacturer.

The following is the tentative schedule of events for this Solicitation; applicable times are according to Eastern Standard Time (EST).  The City reserves the right to modify this schedule to include additional events or extensions to dates and times.  Any modification to such schedule shall be communicated via addendum as outlined in Provision four (4) “Addendums” of the General Terms and Conditions in this Solicitation.
