Hears and decides special exceptions and authorizes variances from the strict application of the terms or requirements of the City's Zoning Ordinance.  Additionally, the Board conducts administrative reviews of any final order, requirement, decision or determination made by any administrative official or department of the City government or the Planning Commission.
