June is national Homeownership Month.  If you are a first-time homebuyer, and purchase a home within the City limits, you may be eligible for closing cost and down payment assistance.  Contact Louise Kauffmann at lkauffmann@gaithersburgmd.gov for a pre-application to reserve funds for six months.
