Transportation Available to Presidents Day Legislative Reception

Senator Jennie Forehand and Delegates Kumar Barve, Jim Gilchrist and Luiz Simmons invite the residents of District 17 to join them for a special Presidents Day reception in Annapolis on Monday, February 18, 2013.  A light dinner will be served from 6 to 8 p.m., followed by an opportunity to observe the Maryland House and Senate sessions at 8 p.m.  The reception will be held in Room 170 of the Lowe House Office Building, 6 Bladen Boulevard in Annapolis.  Photo identification is required to enter. 

The City of Gaithersburg has limited free seating on bus transportation departing from the Activity Center at Bohrer Park, 506 S. Frederick Avenue next to Gaithersburg High School.  Residents riding the bus are asked to arrive at 4:45 p.m. for a prompt 5 p.m. departure.  The bus will leave Annapolis for its return at 8:45 p.m.
