RECOMMENDATION TO MAYOR AND COUNCIL
X-183 -- Application to annex 2.927 acres of land, known as the Jackson Property, located south of the intersection of Emory Grove and Strawberry Knoll Roads. The application requests a reclassification of the subject property from the current R-200/TDR-4 (Low-Density Residential) Zone in Montgomery County to the RP-T (Medium Density Residential) Zone in the City of Gaithersburg.

All revised site plans to be reviewed by the Planning Commission will be due twelve (12) days before the meeting. All plans, except for CONSENT AGENDA items, will require the applicant to post a sign(s) of the hearing date on the property under consideration at least nine (9) days before the meeting. Planning staff will provide all signs, which are to be picked up at City Hall. All information to be submitted for Planning Commission meetings will be due no later than NOON on the FRIDAY before the meeting. . Materials associated with any agenda item may be reviewed at the offices of the Planning and Code Administration during regular business hours.
The Planning Commission normally will not begin consideration of a new site plan after 10:30 p.m., and the Chairman will announce anything to the contrary. The Alternate does not participate on regulatory items, unless a Commissioner is absent.
