31 South Summit Avenue Gaithersburg, Maryland 20877 Telephone: 301-258-6330 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Gaithersburg Mayor and Council will conduct a public hearing at the time and place noted below. Meeting: MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL MEETING IMPORTANT This is a proposal for approval of Concept Site Plan CSP-12-001 for 0.27 acres (11,761 square feet) of land in the CD (Corridor Development) Zone, in accordance with § 24-160G.6.(c) (Procedure for application and approval) of the City Code. The property is located at 311 South Frederick Avenue (Parcel P469). The application proposes a change in use from residential to commercial use, specifically requesting the initial occupancy of the structure with a florist shop, and also requesting approval for future occupancy with limited commercial uses including professional and medical offices. The application also proposes the construction of a six space parking lot and requests approval for a one space parking waiver.
