ANNOUNCEMENT OF PLANS FOR
A CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

Notice to the general public is hereby given that the Mayor and City Council of Gaithersburg plans to conduct a closed Executive Session immediately following its regularly scheduled meeting on June 18, 2012, at City Hall. The meeting is proposed to be closed pursuant to the State Government Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland Section 10-508(a)(1)(ii) to discuss any other personnel matter that affects 1 or more specific individuals. The topic to be discussed is the transition plan for the Acting City Manager. The closed executive session will be conducted pursuant to a motion properly adopted during the session of the Mayor and City Council on Monday, June 18, 2012.
