EXECUTIVE SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT
Notice to the general public is hereby given that the Mayor and City Council of Gaithersburg plans to conduct a closed Executive Session immediately following its scheduled regular meeting on Tuesday, September 4, 2012, at City Hall. The meeting is proposed to be closed pursuant to the State Government Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, Section 10-508(a)(1)(i) to discuss a personnel matter. The topics to be discussed is the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation or performance evaluation of appointees, employees, or officials over whom it has jurisdiction and the City Manager hiring process. The closed executive session will be conducted pursuant to a motion properly adopted during the session of the Mayor and City Council on Tuesday, September 4, 2012.


WORK SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT
Notice to the general public is hereby given that the Mayor and City Council of the City of Gaithersburg will conduct a work session on Monday, September 10, 2012 at City Hall to receive a presentation from Medlmmune, Inc.


This agenda is subject to change. Mayor and City Council Meetings are broadcast Live on Comcast
