Group Reservations at the Water Park

 The City of Gaithersburg Aquatics Division offers various reduced rates available to different types of groups. All requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are only available for advance purchase. All School Group and Seasonal Group requests must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the first desired date. Advance Pass requests are accepted up to five business days prior to the reservation, based on availability.

Advance Passes
- Discount swim passes are available for a one-time-only group. Passes are available for any day of the week, subject to five business days advanced booking / payment, and availability. A minimum of 20 passes must be purchased on weekends / holidays. No minimum purchase required on weekdays.
- Bookings will begin on the first business day in January.

Seasonal Group Reservation
- This option is available for day care groups or camp groups who will schedule for four or more weekday swim sessions each week throughout the summer.

School Groups
- Schools who want to incorporate an end-of-year swim party during the school day can request this option.
- School Group Reservations are available for end of year celebrations occurring 5/28/13 - 6/13/13. Otherwise, please see the Advance Pass or Seasonal Group Request Forms for your group

Once you have sent in your request and payment, it will be processed in the order it was received. Once the date has been confirmed, an agreement will be mailed out along with any invoices, if applicable. Your booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation in the mail. Birthday Parties and Family Gatherings at the Water Park
The Gaithersburg Water Park welcomes you to have a Birthday Party or Family Gathering at our facility. There are 8 pavilion canopies inside the Water Park (6 surrounding the main pool and 2 surrounding the tot pool). Each pavilion can accommodate approximately 12 people at two picnic tables. Unfortunately, the Water Park does not offer planned party packages, and we are unable to reserve any space or picnic pavilions inside the Water Park as they are first come, first serve.
There are two options for payment when having a party or gathering at the Water Park.

Twilight Discount of $.50 off (per person) for admissions purchased after 5:30 p.m.
*Proof of residency is required at the front desk for City residents to receive the discount.

- The Party Group Leader may purchase any number of admission tickets on the day of the event from the cashier, at regular rate. These tickets should be distributed to guests by the group leader. Each person who enters The Water Park must have a ticket or pay the daily admission rate.
- A limited number of Advance Passes are available for Birthday Party groups. Advance Passes provide a per person discounted rate for a specific date of your choice. Advance Passes are non-refundable and must be purchased at least five (5) business days before the booking. Advance Passes will be sold to the Group Leader who will be responsible for giving each guest their admission ticket. Please see the Advance Passes Reservation Form for more details.
