Apartment Complexes

The Montgomery County Department of Housing and Community Affairs (DHCA) maintains an on-line Apartment Rental Guide Service to enable users to find or locate an apartment within Montgomery County, Maryland. The on-line application includes listings and information for over 400 rental apartment facilities in Gaithersburg and Montgomery County including special apartment buildings for the elderly and the disabled in addition to subsidized apartments for singles and families. The apartment listings are updated annually after DHCA conducts their Spring survey of apartments. Consequently, the information presented in the Apartment Rental Guide application reflects information as reported to DHCA by apartment landlords.

The City does not endorse any of the listed complexes. More detailed information about City housing can be obtained by contacting Neighborhood Services.
