2013 Men's Softball Leagues
Registration Deadlines:
Registration opens February 5
Deposit: $300 per team due at time if registration (prior to March 1)
After March 1: $600 payment
April 1: Remaining balance
Teams that drop out within three weeks of the start date will lose 30% of their registration fee.
Only those teams who have paid in full, by the deadline, will be guaranteed a spot in their designated division.
The City of Gaithersburg reserves the right to cancel any Division that does not have six teams registered.
$25 of the registration fee will be for ASA Team Registration
Leagues:
Monday "D" Division
- $1185 franchise fee
- 21 games starting April 8 (modified double header)
- Eight teams
- Games held at Morris Park
- Softballs included
- Certified umpires
- 25 man roster
- Sponsor trophies: 1st and 2nd place
- Team awards: 1st place
- League Commissioner and Scorer
- Mid-season tournament: 6/22 and 6/23
- Make-up games: 2 additional weeks at the end of season and Sundays
Wednesday "C" Division
- $1185 franchise fee
- 21 games starting April 10 (modified double header)
- 8 teams
- Games held at Morris Park
- Softballs included
- Certified umpires
- 25 man roster
- Sponsor trophies: 1st and 2nd place
- Team awards: 1st place
- League Commissioner and Scorer
- Mid-season tournament: 6/22 and 6/23
- Make-up games: 2 additional weeks at the end of season and Sundays
