Kentlands Mansion caters to the most discriminating taste. Easily accessible from Interstate 270 North, Routes 124 and 28, the location is already well known for it is the center of the Kentlands development, a self-contained neighborhood with Old World charm. It is beautifully landscaped with manicured lawns, lovely trees and shimmering lakes. Upon entering this stately Mansion your imagination takes over. Twenty-two foot ceilings with dentil molding, dark wood paneling, polished hardwood floors, crystal chandeliers and a music room.
There are four rooms available for rent on the first floor which accommodate 150 guests. The well-appointed dining room, formally furnished parlor, yellow banquet room and adjoining Helz Music Room offer the perfect atmosphere for your event.
Two rooms on the second floor are suitable for social and business functions. The Mansion offers an ideal setting for a garden wedding filled with flowers, lush grass and manicured shrubs.
Parking is free and plentiful. The Kentlands Mansion facilities are handicap accessible. We take pride in offering you an elegant, tasteful atmosphere in which to hold your event.

The City of Gaithersburg invites artists and art organizations to submit an application to exhibit at one of three art galleries in the City, including the Arts Barn, Kentlands Mansion, and the Activity Center at Bohrer Park.
Applications are now being accepted for the upcoming 2014 exhibition season.
