| The City Manager directs and coordinates the general administration of the City government, which includes preparation of the annual budget. The Office of the City Manager provides management and administrative support for operating departments, programs, and inititatives established by the Mayor and Council. The City Manager coordinates the enforcement and execution of laws and ordinances of the City.
