The Approved Plan has Two Office Buildings (Eight Stories and Six Stories) and Contains 350,000 Square Feet of Office Space and a Four Level Parking Garage. The Amendment Proposes Two Eight-Story Office Buildings Consisting of 400,000 Square Feet and a Five-Level Parking Garage. The Property is 322,066 Square Feet (7.39 acres) of Land. The Parcel is Located at 9711 Washingtonian Boulevard, Washingtonian Center, Parcel K, South of the Springhill Suites Hotel and North of Negola’s Ark Veterinary Hospital and is in the Mixed Use Development (MXD) Zone
