The Public Works facility is home to Engineering Services, Operations, and Facilities & Capital Projects staff offices. The facility houses snow removal equipment & materials, fueling stations, City vehicles, and maintenance equipment & tools. Maintenance & repairs to City vehicles are also performed at this facility. An oil & antifreeze recycling station for use by City residents is located at the entrance.

The Police Department Administrative Offices are closed. Police patrol will remain on duty. For emergencies please call 911. For non-emergencies, please dial 301-279-8000 for dispatch.

Recycling will be collected the following Saturday, November 28, 2026. Bulk pickup is unavailable.

Loose leaf collection is suspended.
