Fall is in the air, and the City is celebrating with a festive lineup of Fall Harvest and Halloween-themed programs and activities. From mid-September through October, enjoy family-friendly seasonal fun, from autumn harvest traditions to ghoulishly good Halloween happenings.

Eek! It's Art Time

  • Cost$15 Resident / $18 Nonresident
  • Ages10 and older

Create whimsical, Halloween-inspired art on a black canvas using textured white spackle to form charming little ghosts. This beginner-friendly workshop at Kentlands Mansion is the perfect way to welcome the cozy fall season with creativity and fun. All materials are provided.

Trick-or-Treating
The City of Gaithersburg does not regulate door to door trick or treating within neighborhoods. Residents are welcome to participate in Halloween traditions in whatever way they feel is most appropriate. Please note that some communities have their own guidelines, or organize community parties. We suggest that residents contact their homeowner or community association if they have one.
