For non-emergencies, please dial 301-279-8000 for dispatch.</p><p><a href="https://www.gaithersburgmd.gov/services/recycling-bulk-pickup/recycling-holiday-schedule">Recycling will be collected the following Saturday, November 28, 2026</a>. <a href="https://www.gaithersburgmd.gov/services/recycling-bulk-pickup/bulk-pickup">Bulk pickup</a> is unavailable. <a href="https://www.gaithersburgmd.gov/services/recycling-bulk-pickup/loose-leaf-collection-yard-waste">Loose leaf collection</a> is suspended.</p><p>Regular trash and garbage collection for City residents is handled by private contractors.
