IHOP Fundraiser Supports Homeless Initiatives
On Wednesday, March 13, IHOP is generously donating 20% of each patron’s bill between 4 p.m. & midnight.
Wells/Robertson House, a City owned and operated transitional housing program for homeless men and women in recovery from substance use disorder, is celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2019. As part of an initiative to raise awareness about the program and celebrate its success, the affiliated Friends of Wells/Robertson House, Inc. Board of Trustees (FWRH) is hosting a fundraising night at IHOP, located 206 North Frederick Avenue, in Gaitherstowne Plaza.
The restaurant is generously donating 20% of each patron’s bill between 4 p.m. and midnight on Wednesday, March 13, 2019, to FWRH. You do not need to show a flyer. Simply tell your server that you are attending in support of Wells/Robertson House, then enjoy your meal and know that your patronage is going towards an important cause. Members of FWRH, program staff, current residents and Wells graduates will be on hand throughout the evening.
Formed as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in 1993, the Friends of Wells/Robertson House maintains an endowment fund to ensure the continued operation of Wells/Robertson House. Its fundraising efforts have helped to support a variety of initiatives for Wells residents, including vocational training, continuing education scholarships and team building activities.
