The City of Gaithersburg welcomes the opportunity to serve you as a rental patron at the Activity Center. The Center is generally open for rental use during business hours. With prior approval, hours can be extended to midnight on Saturdays. The Center is closed for the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day.
Rentals should be scheduled at least one week prior to event. Availability is limited, so plan ahead!
Activity Rooms
The three activity rooms can be rented separately or together as one large space. Each 1,020 square foot room can accommodate 75 with chair seating, or 60 with table seating.
Gymnasiums
The two gymnasiums can be rented separately or together as one large space. Each 7,750 square foot room can accommodate 250 with bleacher seating, 450 with chair seating, 600 with chairs & bleacher seating, or 250 with table seating.
