Our weekly Inquiring Minds series invites young explorers to dive into fun, interactive activities and experiments—each week featuring a brand‑new theme.
Drop in Wednesdays from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. for a free, engaging, family‑friendly experience designed especially for children ages 5 and up.

There are many ways we communicate. Explore some of them at the Museum. We will be joined by the Montgomery Amateur Radio Club, Montgomery History, and the National Capital Radio and Television Museum.

Solar Eclipse
Catch a partial solar eclipse where the Moon covers about 3% of the Sun! Stop by the Community Museum to view it safely through a solar telescope or eclipse glasses, and enjoy hands‑on solar science activities while you’re here.
This program extends to 2:30 p.m.
