Our weekly Inquiring Minds series invites young explorers to dive into fun, interactive activities and experiments—each week featuring a brand‑new theme.
Drop in Wednesdays from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. for an engaging, family‑friendly experience designed especially for children ages 5 and up.
Events are free to attend and held 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. unless otherwise stated.
In conjunction with the Museum’s current exhibit on Colonial Money, explore the history of money through hands‑on activities and crafts.
We ask about the weather almost every day. Learn about weather, clouds, and more in this STEM‑related program.
Discover different ways of weaving and try out other creative crafts using string.
There are many ways we communicate—come explore some of them at the Museum.
Safely view a partial solar eclipse, during which the Moon covers about 3% of the Sun, and enjoy hands‑on solar science activities.
