The subject property consists of two lots 103 Spectrum Avenue and 203 Spectrum Avenue within the spectrum development.  The subject property is zoned MXD (Mixed Use Development).  The subject area currently consists of a surface parking lot and an undeveloped lot.

The Applicant submitted Final Site Plan application SP-9569-2023 for a 234 unit residential building with integrated parking garage.

Previous Approvals

The Applicant submitted Schematic Development Plan application SDP-9269-2022 for the redevelopment of the properties into one property.  The plan proposes a 230 unit residential apartment building, and integrated parking garage which will be partially below grade.

Status

The Planning Commission approved the final site plan on February 21, 2024.
