Proposal

The proposed development is in the Sketch Plan stage with application SK-10361-2026. Worldshine proposes additional development at 700 Professional Drive. The new development is intended to be a mixture of commercial uses and multifamily residential units for seniors with an emphasis on the senior residences. As proposed, the sketch plan would allow for new buildings, additions to the existing buildings, and redevelopment of the existing building. The maximum number of residential units is 425. Proposed building heights would not exceed 12 stories. 

Status
