Proposal

On April 16, 2024 , the Planning Commission approved Amendment to Schematic Development Plan application ASDP-9825-2024 to remove condition #2 from previously approved Schematic Development Plan application SDP-7362-2016 to construct a 302-unit apartment building with an underground garage. The Applicant submitted Final Site Plan application SP-10080-2025 to construct a 302-unit apartment building.

Status

The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on January 21. The Planning Commission has opened the record until 5 p.m. on January 30 to allow for additional testimony.
