Proposal

The Applicant submitted Preliminary/Final Site Plan application for a pair of four-story multi-family buildings totaling 150 units . The Planning Commission approved the Concept Site Plan SP-9149-2021 on May 3, 2023.

Status

During the May 20, 2026 public hearing on Preliminary/Final Site Plan application SP‑9821‑2024, the Planning Commission deferred final action to August 5 to give the Applicant time to address comments raised during the hearing and to conduct a Traffic Impact Study (TIS). Public Works Staff reviewed the TIS and provided comments that need to be addressed prior to Planning Commission making a final action. On August 5,  Staff is going to request the Planning Commission to defer final action to September 2 to allow the Applicant additional time to respond to the TIS comments.
