The Applicant requests schematic development plan approval for up to 500 multi-family residential units apartment units and 43,000 SF of retail uses in four (4) buildings located throughout Washingtonian Center.

Status

The Mayor & City Council and Planning Commission of the City of Gaithersburg, Maryland, will conduct a joint public hearing on Schematic Development Plan Application SDP-10104-2025 on MONDAY, JANUARY 5, 2026 AT 7:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as this matter can be heard in the Council Chambers at 16 South Summit Avenue, Gaithersburg, Maryland.
