As of March 17, the City has closed all buildings to public access due to the ongoing public health crisis. Public meetings are no longer being held in person. They will be held virtually by teleconference online and by phone.

The public is encouraged to view meetings of the Mayor & City Council, Planning Commission, Board of Appeals and Historic District Commission. These include:

  • Tune in on your television to Comcast or RCN channel 13, or Verizon channel 25 (viewable within City limits only), or countywide on Comcast Channel 190 (only during the live meeting broadcasts).
  • Online via the City’s YouTube page
  • Via phone (audio only).

During meetings, the City will also make an effort to allow public comment, where allowed, via teleconference online or via phone. Persons making public comments will not be allowed to appear via video. Due to staff capacity, the City cannot provide technical assistance to members of the public, so commenting in writing is encouraged. To speak at a meeting, you must register using the form below NO LATER than 2 p.m. the day of the meeting. Instructions will be emailed to registrants prior to 5 p.m. the day of the meeting.
