The park is named for Malcolm King who was the head of the local Izaak Walton League and a naturalist advocate. The majority of this park acreage remains in its natural wooded state. The park contains a 2.1 mile hiker-biker trail, two tennis courts, one basketball court, fenced-in tot lot, playground equipment, open play areas.
