Join award-winning Scottish fiddler Seán Heely & his ensemble of nationally acclaimed Celtic musicians for a celebration of the life of poet Robert Burns. A festive evening of music, poetry, whiskey & haggis.
Whiskey tasting & haggis at 7:30 p.m., followed by music & poetry. Patrons are encouraged to wear Scottish dress or anything plaid.
Inspired by his Scottish ancestry, Seán Heely breathes new life into the rich traditions of Celtic music, engaging audiences with every bow stroke. Follow Heely’s fiddle journey through Scotland, Ireland and America. A U.S National Scottish Fiddle Champion and an award-winning Irish Fiddler, his music also encompasses classical, bluegrass and swing. Heely has performed with traditional music icons such as Irish fiddle legend Liz Carroll and cello virtuoso Natalie Haas. From lively reels and jigs to the haunting airs and songs of Scotland and Ireland, he seamlessly weaves ancient traditions with modern compositions.

Located in downtown Frederick, McClintock uses locally sourced non-gmo and pesticide free grains and natural botanicals to make all of their spirits from the highest quality ingredients. McClintock was awarded two double-gold medals for their Matchstick Straight Bourbon and Bootjack Rye Whiskey for 2019 at international competition.
