Community Service Grant Program

The Community Impact Committee, the selection committee for the Community Service Grant Program, has recommended an investment of more than $861,000 in grant awards to 13 nonprofit partners. The Mayor and City Council approved the committee’s recommendation to fund 16 programs for the FY27 fiscal year, focused on high need areas of housing preservation, food, medical, older adult services, and mental health programs, including four new services areas: vision, dental, food services for chronically ill residents, and treatment for abused or neglected children.


Youth Enrichment Grant Programs

The FY28 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Youth Enrichment Grant program will be available September 2026.

Technical Information Sessions will be available throughout the eight-week open NOFO timeline. Scheduling regarding these training opportunities will be updated on this page as they become available.



Parent Resource Center Grant Program

The City of Gaithersburg’s Community Services Division, in collaboration with the Community Impact Committee (CIC), are not accepting applications for Parent Resource Center program at this time.
