Outdoor Seating Permit Application
A City-issued Outdoor Seating Permit is required for the installation and use of outdoor dining areas. Adding structures, such as overhead coverings for outdoor dining, must continue to go through the Site Plan Amendment process.
Swimming Pool Permit Application
Required for commercial swimming pool construction or renovations.
A City issued Telecommunications Facility Permit is required for a new (non-small cell) facility, small cell facility, co-location or replacement of a facility, and Radio & TV Broadcast Stations.
Tent Permit Application
Tent permits are required for any tents 120 square feet or larger set up for any type of commercial use.
Trailer Permit Application
Trailers installed for any commercial use require a permit. This includes construction trailers, sales trailers, office trailers, storage trailers, and the like.
