• Official emails from the City will always end with “gaithersburgmd.gov.”
• All online payments are collected through the City’s Online Portal, ppl.gaithersburgmd.gov. We will never collect fees utilizing a third-party vendor or through wire transfers.
•  Do not click on links or provide personal or financial information in response to these messages
•  If you receive a suspicious email, please let us know at plancode@gaithersburgmd.gov and delete the email immediately.

You can always verify an invoice by visiting our Online Portal at ppl.gaithersburgmd.gov. From the top menu, select Pay Invoices, enter the invoice number, and click Search.
