City issued Site Permits are required for the following:

  • Grading / sediment control / forest conservation
  • Onsite improvements (private amenities, alleys, tot lots, parks, fences,retaining walls, etc.)
  • Public improvements (public streets, aprons, sidewalks, street lights, storm drains, etc.)
  • Storm water management (public and private)

All Site Permit Applications must be accompanied by 2 sets of prints and an electronic copy, a bond estimate, and an application fee. Additionally, copies of other agency permits or approvals required as a part of the project need to be submitted.

Note: that these permits can be issued separately or as combination permits.
