Every couple of years, the City of Gaithersburg Planning Commission presents awards to projects and developments in the City that exhibit excellence in planning. This year, the Planning Commission recognized three projects in the City.  The nominated projects were all either completed or partially completed within the last six years (2017-2023). The awards were presented by Chair John Bauer and members of the Commission at a ceremony at City Hall on November 15, 2023.
