All information is derived from incidents classified under the National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS), a component of the Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) Program administered by the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division of the FBI. The data is compiled using EJustice, a secure and widely utilized law enforcement records management system employed by the Montgomery County Police Department and other partner agencies. To protect the privacy of victims, no names or personally identifying information are included. The database is updated quarterly to reflect revisions or updates resulting from ongoing investigations.
