Online Parking Ticket Payments

The City offers an online parking ticket payment option at www.tocite.net/gaithersburgmd/Portal. This service provides the convenience of paying both current and outstanding parking tickets issued by the City of Gaithersburg through a secure website, using most major credit cards. Once the payment is processed, records with the City of Gaithersburg and the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (for delinquent payments) will be updated, and your parking tickets will be marked as paid.

• Enter your citation number exactly as it appears on the citation.

• If you have multiple open tickets for the entered vehicle registration tag, you must pay all open tickets through the website.

• To pay parking tickets for multiple vehicle registration tags, you must pay each plate individually.

• If any ticket or plate is flagged by the Department of Motor Vehicles, you will not be able to pay your parking tickets via the City’s website. In such cases, you must visit the issuing municipality’s parking violations office to make payment.
